These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skylor platform ("Skylor", "Platform", "Service"), operated by HubbleMind Labs Private Limited ("HubbleMind", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Skylor is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides customer relationship management (CRM), task management, and invoicing capabilities. The Platform is designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and is accessible via web browsers.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes in advance.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Access to the Platform is currently granted through an application and approval process. Submission of an access request does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion.
When your access request is approved, a workspace is provisioned for your organization. The primary administrator of the workspace is responsible for managing user access, permissions, and organizational settings within that workspace.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Skylor offers multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Premium, and Custom) as described on our pricing page. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be charged additionally as applicable under Indian law.
All new workspaces begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your workspace access will be restricted.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes affecting their current subscription.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you are in violation of these Terms.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Platform ("Your Data"), including but not limited to leads, contacts, tasks, invoices, notes, and file attachments. We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not access, use, or share Your Data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
You may export Your Data at any time using the Platform's built-in data export functionality. Upon termination of your subscription, you will have a 30-day grace period to export Your Data before it is permanently deleted.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service interruptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@skylor.tech. Upon cancellation, your workspace will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your workspace will be deactivated and scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, branding, logos, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of HubbleMind Labs Private Limited. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
"Skylor" and the Skylor logo are trademarks of HubbleMind Labs Private Limited. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HubbleMind Labs Private Limited and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HubbleMind Labs Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
