By accessing or using Skylor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use License
Skylor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations, subject to your subscription plan limits.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Skylor for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to sending spam emails via our SMTP/Gmail integrations, storing illegal content, or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
Skylor is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
