What exactly do I get?
All five apps: CRM, Tasks, Invoicing, Support Desk and HR Lite. Synq, the AI layer that works across them, is included as well. There is no pricing per app and no module you have to buy later.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial starts without any payment details. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
Is Synq a separate product?
No. Synq is a layer, not a sixth app. It reads across CRM, Tasks, Invoicing, Support and HR at once, which is why it can tell you that the deal you are about to chase has an unpaid invoice and an open ticket behind it.
Will the AI send things on my behalf?
Not without you. Synq proposes the draft email, the invoice lines or the task, and a person approves it before anything happens. That is deliberate, not a feature we have yet to finish.
Can my team see each other's data?
Only where you allow it. Access is decided by role and department and enforced on the server, so a member sees their own work and a manager sees their department's.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, to CSV, whenever you want, without asking us. Import works the same way, so moving in is as easy as moving on.
Is it built for Indian businesses?
Yes. Invoicing is GST-correct, amounts are in rupees throughout, and prices are quoted with GST included so the number you see is the number you pay.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. You sign up, your workspace is created immediately, and you can invite your team straight away. There is no onboarding call to sit through first.
